Topic: "Where Do We Go From Here?"
Description: Today’s psychedelic renaissance is bigger, and more far-reaching, than most of us could have imagined. A recent RAND report suggests that millions of people in the U.S. are using psychedelics as part of their healing and spiritual growth, signaling a real inflection point in our culture. But as the numbers rise, so do the questions. How do we protect safety and sustainability at scale? What does a regulated model get right—and where might it fall short when it comes to cognitive liberty, access, and education? And how do we build a future that’s not just popular, but wise?
Zach Leary will share his vision for where we go from here, exploring how community, culture, and conscious leadership can help shape a psychedelic narrative rooted in hope, responsibility, and deeper human possibility. If mass consciousness expansion is on the table, the real question becomes: can we hold it well, and hold it together?

SPEAKER BIO
Speaker: Zach Leary - Author, Podcaster, Psychedelic Educator
Zach Leary has spent the last three decades with a front-row seat to the psychedelic movement, bridging the historical legacy of counterculture exploration with the modern renaissance unfolding today.
After years working as a digital marketing expert for some of the world’s largest brands, a personal wake-up call shifted Zach back into the heart of the psychedelic space. Guided by the influence of his primary teacher and mentor, Ram Dass, he began shaping a grounded, contemporary approach to psychedelics that centers safety, wisdom, and integration.
Zach is a health and wellness facilitator, integration coach, session guide, podcaster, writer, and lifelong student of mysticism. He has supported nearly 200 people one-on-one in psychedelic healing and integration, and has taught more than 100 students his approach to psychedelic studies, harm reduction, safe use, and the cultural history and methodologies that inform responsible practice.
He hosts the Psychedelics Then and Now podcast and brings deep knowledge of psychedelic-assisted facilitation. He is also a trained meditation teacher, a student of bhakti yoga, and an IFS enthusiast. Outside of his teaching and coaching, Zach is an avid musician, kirtan singer, and practicing Deadhead.
Zach is the author of Your Extraordinary Mind: Psychedelics in the 21st Century and How to Use Them, published by Sounds True.
