SPEAKER BIO

Speaker: Caitlyne Corry | Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Movement Practitioner & Educator

Caitlyne Corry works at the intersection of nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and embodied healing, drawing on Polyvagal Theory, somatic practice, and breathwork to support individuals navigating addiction and dysregulation. She brings five years of sobriety and a path that included working with plant medicine under shamanic guidance to reach the layers of trauma conventional recovery couldn't access. She facilitates in treatment settings, leads Polyvagal-informed groups, and approaches the body not as a concept to understand but as a place to return to. What she carries into every room is an indomitable spirit forged through her own survival and a deep conviction that the body, given the right conditions, already knows how to heal.
