Interactive Workshop: "Subtle Bodies and the Space In Between"
Description: This guided experience invites you to awaken your multi-sensory perception and expand your capacity to connect beyond the physical. This workshop is designed for those seeking to heighten their sensitivity to subtle energy and engage in nervous system-friendly partner practices that encourage attunement and deep listening to one’s intuition and desires. These practices honor the intelligence of the subtle body, inviting inter-personal connection to arise from an authentic place of curiosity and intuition rather than habit or expectation.
Together we will explore how expanded awareness can deepen our connection to ourselves and the energetic field that lives in the space between us (optional; enhanced experience). The evening emphasizes co-regulation, cultivating a somatic sense of safety and honoring consent. Whether attending with a partner or solo, you are invited to participate at the level that aligns with your physical and energetic preferences.

FACILITATOR BIO
Facilitator: Hannah Jo, Sexuality & Embodiment Coach
Hannah Jo is a Sexuality & Embodiment Coach whose work sits at the intersection of somatic healing, conscious relationship, and personal transformation. She helps men explore new dimensions of their sexuality, emotional lives, and relationships, not through performance, but through presence.
Hannah Jo is the co-founder of The Studio X, a Santa Barbara–based coaching company serving clients worldwide through virtual sessions, immersive retreats, and community offerings. Her signature approach, the PolyTantric Method, guides men in transforming emotions like fear, shame, guilt, and grief into pathways for deeper self-awareness and authentic healing.
Her path to this work was anything but conventional, it was forged through her own profound journey of sexual and psychedelic awakening. That lived experience is the foundation of everything she offers: embodied, honest, and deeply human.
In addition to her coaching practice, Hannah Jo facilitates PolyTantric Embodiment experiences in person at LoDo Studios in Santa Barbara and serves a global clientele through virtual coaching and community containers. She also holds space as the Host at The District House, where she interviews psychedelic pioneers in front of a live audience, bringing her signature warmth and curiosity to some of the most compelling conversations in the conscious community space.
