Dr. Grace Blest-Hopely, Hystelica
Dr. Grace Blest-Hopley is a neuroscientist specializing in trauma, psychiatry, and the therapeutic use of psychedelics, cannabis, and cannabinoids. She holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from King’s College London and has over 12 years of experience in mental health research. Her current work explores the neurobiological and psychological mechanisms underlying psychoactive therapies, with a focus on sex-specific effects and ethical clinical applications. Grace serves as Chief Scientific Officer at NWPharma Tech, Research Director at Heroic Hearts Project—supporting combat veterans with trauma-related mental health challenges—and an officer in the British Army Reserve. She is also the founder of Hystelica, a research and community initiative dedicated to advancing women-centered psychedelic science. Through Hystelica, Grace works to better understand the biological, emotional, and hormonal factors shaping women’s responses to psychedelics, and to translate these insights into safer, more inclusive therapeutic practices.
Jenn Zuckerman, Resonate Health
Jennifer Zuckerman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, end-of-life doula, and psychedelic medicine guide who bridges science and spirit through her work in integrative health and transformation. With over 16 years of clinical experience—and six years specializing in psychedelic healing—Jennifer walks the path of a modern medicine woman, blending ritual with research, molecules with meaning, and grief with deep remembrance. Today, she is the founder of Resonate Health, where she supports individuals in safely tapering off psychotropic medications, integrating microdosing protocols, and preparing their physical and energetic bodies for psychedelic healing. She teaches other healthcare providers how to create energetically attuned, ceremony-informed care—and invites all beings to remember their inherent magic, their grief, and their light. Sutton King, Urban Indigenous Collective
Sutton King, MPH (she/her) is a proud Afro-Indigenous descendant of the Menominee and Oneida Nations of Wisconsin, and an internationally recognized Indigenous rights advocate, public health professional, and social entrepreneur. With a background in psychology and a Master’s in Public Health from NYU, Sutton works at the nexus of healthcare, technology, and Indigenous sovereignty—developing culturally grounded, equity-driven solutions to improve Indigenous health outcomes. She is the co-founder and President of the Urban Indigenous Collective, which provides culturally tailored health services in Lenapehoking (New York City), and the co-founder of ShockTalk, a telemental health platform serving Indigenous communities. She also serves as Program Manager of Engagement and Benefit Sharing at the Indigenous Medicine Conservation Fund, advancing ethical partnerships between the psychedelic space and Indigenous traditions. Her work has been recognized by The New York Times, VICE, Forbes, and Business Insider, and she was named one of the “100 Most Influential People in Psychedelics” by Psychedelic Invest. Sutton brings powerful vision and deep advocacy to her work in biocultural conservation, drug policy reform, and Indigenous-led innovation.
Ariel Clark, Odawa Anishinaabe attorney
Ariel Clark (she/they/kwe) is an Odawa Anishinaabe attorney working at the intersection of law, healing, and justice. As Of Counsel to Calyx Law, she advises clients in emerging and highly regulated spaces including cannabis, psychedelics, and plant medicine. With over 15 years of experience, Ariel brings a grounded, values-driven approach to supporting ethical, impact-focused organizations. She is a founding board member of the Psychedelic Bar Association and serves on its Legacy Board, contributing to the evolving practice of “psychedelic lawyering”—legal work rooted in responsibility to people, land, and lineage. Ariel co-produces the Law & Ethics: The Psychedelics Industry and Indigenous Peoples series, lectures at leading universities, and serves on the board of Benefit Honoring, an Indigenous-led nonprofit. She is an enrolled Tribal citizen of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians and a member of Roots To Sky Sanctuary, a Black, Brown, and Indigenous land-based healing project.

Mary Olivar (she/her) is the Executive Director of the Center for Shamanic Education and Exchange, a nonprofit supporting Indigenous-led projects in Central and South America that perpetuate Indigenous spiritual traditions and elder wisdom. Part songbird, part wise woman, a tree-hugging earth-mama-bear, Mary is a mission-driven leader and community connector dedicated to fostering greater peace and harmony worldwide. With over 30 years of experience, Mary has helped organizations align with their values, nurture well-being, and ignite meaningful change. She’s a passionate advocate for Indigenous communities and a champion of sacred plant medicines and spiritual wisdom traditions. A frequent speaker and advisor for SXSW, Mary offers guidance at the intersection of wellness, culture, and consciousness. Known as a super-connector, she thrives on cultivating value-aligned partnerships that elevate awareness and drive systemic transformation. As part of her commitment to activating connection and collaboration, Mary co-founded ACT Events, creating vibrant gatherings for facilitators and the greater psychedelic community. Based in Austin, Texas, Mary also leads song circles, water blessings, and cherishes time with her family and three grown children.

This first-ever event from the Psychedelic Writers Guild (PWG) brings together five journalists and media makers to explore what it will take for psychedelic media to truly go mainstream. From newsroom politics to Substack revolutions, they’ll dive into questions of ethics, accessibility, advocacy, and the power of story to shift public perception and policy.

Alex Detmering is a tech marketer turned psychedelic journalist and the creator of Secret Wilderness, an anonymous podcast that gives people who’ve experienced psychedelic therapy a platform to share their stories with raw honesty and heart. In 2022, his groundbreaking work with Lucid News broke the story of the Biden Administration’s secretive psychedelics task force, bringing national attention to the emerging intersection of federal policy and psychedelic science. This immersive storytelling hour invites four powerful voices to step forward and share true, personal stories around themes of liberation, identity, survival, and ancestral wisdom. From “Surviving Systems That Want You Dead” to “Carrying Indigenous Wisdom in a Western World,” these are raw, soul-baring reflections on transformation, healing, and what it means to reclaim your power. Curated and emceed by Linden Schaffer of Reveal, the experience is designed to be intimate, interactive, and alive. Between stories, the audience will be guided into reflection with connection prompts like: “Turn to a neighbor—what’s one moment when you knew you were free?” Expect dim lights, ambient music, and a brave space where story becomes medicine—and our shared truth becomes a ceremony.

Stæven Frey (he/him) is the founder of PRISMA, an entheogenic church designed for queer, neurodivergent, and spiritually displaced individuals seeking sacred, trauma-informed healing. With a background in theology, cognitive science, and branding, Stæven weaves his expertise into ceremonial experiences that center meaning-making, neuroplasticity, and narrative repair. After years in vocational ministry and navigating his own journey through coming out and an AuDHD diagnosis, he now creates spaces that challenge dogma and invite deeper connection. Through PRISMA, he offers psychedelic ceremonies, integration programs, and facilitator training—all grounded in safety, inclusivity, and long-term transformation.

Mikaela de la Myco is a mother, educator, folk herbalist, and community organizer dedicated to sacred earth medicine, full-spectrum womb care, and trauma-informed advocacy. As the founder of Mama de la Myco and mushWOMB, she creates spaces that center BIPOC, queer, and family communities in psychedelic and herbal education. With a background in organic chemistry and analytical testing, Chris specializes in the identification, quantification, and stability analysis of tryptamines—offering ethical producers the tools they need to ensure product quality and therapeutic reliability. At the forefront of developing industry-wide standards, he collaborates with researchers, clinicians, and manufacturers to create data-backed protocols for the evolving psychedelic landscape. More than a DJ, he’s a ceremony conjurer—turning the dancefloor into a space for collective release, rhythm as medicine, and joy as ritual. His sets flow from groove-heavy house into genre-fluid blends of disco, global percussion, and cosmic bass, always grounded in deep intention and infectious energy. A former pro basketball player turned beat alchemist, Panda brings a unique sense of timing, flow, and presence to every performance. Kat is also a show host, storyteller and the founder the popular psychedelic platform Trip On This.
