Interactive Workshop: "BlissIn Out: Mindful Movement & Music" with Nika Antuanette
Description: BlissIn Out is an immersive, heart-opening experience blending mindful movement, breathwork, and deep stretching, all guided by original high-vibrational music. In a warm, judgment-free space, founder Nika Antuanette invites you to explore how your body moves through different qualities, textures, and dynamics—awakening sensation, curiosity, and embodied presence.
Together we’ll dance, shake, and vocalize to music from BlissIn Out’s concept album Elevator, then gently unwind with grounding stretches and a closing sound-healing meditation. This experience is accessible to all bodies and all levels—no prior movement experience required. As a gift to our community, complimentary BlissIn Out’s signature granola will be offered to all attendees for this special District216 gathering.
Come as you are. Move as you feel. Bliss In. Bliss Out.
