Embodied Movement and Slow Flow Yoga- May 7th

In this class, we’ll work to find safety, regulation, and connection from within through embodied movement. The body’s first and primary language is sensation, movement, and touch in utero. From learning how to connect to the language of our body and follow its natural impulses, we begin to find true healing and embodied transformation. Together we'll move through some somatic based practices to explore your own sensory experience.
