Mental Wellness Reimagined: An Evening of Psychedelic Insight at 9th Marquee Event

Saturday night at LoDo Studios wasn’t just an event—it was an ecosystem. A living, breathing activation of art, healing, science, and celebration.

Our 9th Marquee Event, themed Mental Wellness & Psychedelics, brought together every element of District216’s vision: elevated experiences, conscious community, and transformative insight—all woven into one unforgettable evening.

Here’s how it all unfolded:

Guests arrived to the scent of warm food, flickering candles, and the sounds of relaxed connection. Dinner in the outdoor courtyard set the tone—a grounding moment of shared nourishment, where old friends reunited and new connections sparked.

There’s something about breaking bread before exploring expanded states—it reminds us we’re here together, in body and in spirit.

As the sun set, Jacob Tell, Chief Dreamer of District216, took the stage and lit the spark.

With passion, precision, and poetic presence, Jacob reframed the evening’s purpose—not just as a gathering, but as a movement. Through carefully selected video clips, he introduced the power of LSD, MDMA, and Ibogaine in treating trauma, depression, and addiction, while also weaving in the science of joy, connection, and neuroplasticity.

The crowd was dialed in. You could feel it. This was the real deal—accessible, informed, and open with possibility.

Following the grounding meditation opening by Stone, guests flowed into a cozy fireside space where speakers shared personal stories and answered audience questions. This wasn’t scripted—it was raw, real, and incredibly intimate.

Topics ranged from integration challenges to the role of ceremony in Western settings. One moment was soft and vulnerable, the next lit with laughter and clarity. It was a space where wisdom passed like a torch—hand to hand, heart to heart.

Up next: a brilliant, grounded panel of therapists, facilitators, and thought leaders dove deeper into the therapeutic use of psychedelics. They broke down the science and the soul—discussing what’s working, what’s evolving, and what’s still needed in this quickly growing space.

The conversation was honest. Practical. Expansive.

And for many guests, it was the “aha” moment of the night.

And then—we danced.

Mr. EOS (with special guest Father Atlas) delivered a high-vibe, multi-instrumental set that moved the crowd from thought to feeling, from seated stillness to collective rhythm. Their fusion of soul, psychedelia, and live-looped alchemy was nothing short of breathtaking.

Later in the night, DJ Kat Walsh took the reins and dropped into a delicious downtempo groove, holding space for integration through movement and ecstatic release. It wasn’t a “set”—it was a ceremony in motion.

Inside the venue, our curated vendor village featured a blend of conscious brands, educators, and creators—offering everything from microdosing support and adaptogens to wearable art, scent therapy, and books. It wasn’t about selling—it was about serving the journey.

Upstairs, workshops offered smaller group settings for embodied learning. Guests moved through somatic practices, discussions on integration, and gentle group explorations that amplified insight.

Just steps away were Shiftwave neuro chairs—a fan-favorite of the night. Attendees settled in, slipped on headphones, and dropped into a state of relaxed, parasympathetic bliss.

And outside on the upper deck? The Terpene Lounge was a fragrant haven. Guests explored terpene profiles with curious noses and wide eyes, learning how scent can unlock memory, mood, and deep states of presence.

This night wasn’t something we put on for you. It was something we co-created with you.

From the chefs to the speakers, the artists to the audience—every single person there made it what it was. A portal into a new way of gathering, healing, and being together in community.

If you were there—thank you.

If you weren’t—join us next time.

Because this is more than a moment.

It’s a movement.

And it’s just getting started.

💜 With love and momentum,

The District216 Team
