Recently, we had the privilege of hosting a captivating evening at The District House featuring an interview with Denise Rue, a licensed clinical social worker, clinical hypnotherapist, and psychedelic facilitator. Denise shared her extensive knowledge and insights on the topic of "Healing Childhood Trauma with the Aid of Plant Medicine," shedding light on the transformative power of these substances in therapeutic settings.

District216 is partnered with Decriminalize Nature with the aim of making Santa Barbara the 17th American city that D.N. has assisted to decriminalize the use of entheogenic plant and fungi.

We were thrilled to learn from an expert in the field of plant medicine decriminalization, and now have a call to action as a community to make plant medicine more accessible in our community.
